  1. General Information

    1. The BAV online training on the Internet is accessible via the domain www.bav-onlineschulung.de. The BAV online training enables individuals as well as employees of registered companies to conduct hygiene training and IfSG follow-up training on the Internet.
    2. Access to and use of this service are subject to the following terms and conditions. By registering for BAV online training or participating in a training session, you accept the following terms and conditions.
    3. The Terms of Use may be changed by BAV at any time. They are valid as of their publication on the Internet and can be accessed there or requested from BAV.
    4. We recommend that you regularly review and read the information and terms of use for BAV online training.

  2. Access to the Website / Use

    1. Technical Access
      BAV strives to keep the online training accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, BAV may at any time carry out testing, inspection, and maintenance work, as well as any necessary interventions to resolve malfunctions. BAV will endeavor, where possible, to inform you in advance of any interruptions.
    2. Internet access is required to use the BAV online training. All fees and costs for your internet access are your responsibility.
    3. Login Access to the administration area is restricted to individuals who have registered for the BAV online training program. Participation in a training session is permitted exclusively to the person who was registered for it.
    4. The training courses can be paused after each chapter and resumed at a later time at the same point. However, the training must be completed within one month of the initial registration for the course. If this period is exceeded, the individual must be re-registered for the training at an additional cost.

  3. Operation – Security

    1. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the BAV online training in any way.
    2. Training participants agree to treat access data for the BAV online training as confidential and not to make it accessible to third parties.

  4. Links

    1. The BAV online training may contain hypertext links that refer to other websites, including the websites of BAV partners. Since the content of these websites cannot be controlled by BAV, you acknowledge that BAV cannot be held liable for products, services, and information available on these websites or accessible from these websites.

  5. Warranty – Liability

    1. BAV makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, and specifically excludes any warranty regarding the accuracy of the content of the website and makes no representation that such content will meet the user’s expectations.
    2. BAV shall in no event be liable for direct or indirect damages, and in particular not for economic or financial losses, including loss of profits, arising from, caused by, or related to the use of the BAV online training.
    3. BAV cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, a suspension of the website, or the termination of services for any reason.

  6. Cookies – Personal/Customer Data

    1. You agree that BAV may store a “cookie” on the hard drive of computers and collect the resulting information. BAV uses the cookie to process closed dialogs (user inputs). Further information, such as your navigation behavior, is NOT collected.
    2. Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on information technology, files, and civil liberties (Data Protection Act), the information collected in connection with the use of the website and/or all services is intended for BAV and its partners or for its service providers directly involved in the operation of the website. These parties have the right to access and modify the data concerning you personally.

    1. You acknowledge that the BAV Online Training (websites, databases, computer programs) is protected by copyright and/or other rights held by BAV or to the use of which BAV is entitled. You

  8. Miscellaneous

    1. In the event of a violation by you of the general terms of use of the BAV online training, BAV may block your access at any time by simple notification. BAV cannot be held liable for such a decision.
    2. In the event of disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use, an amicable settlement shall first be sought.
